(More customer reviews)I have owned this model of printer since 2005. It is a 4-function printer (copy, fax, print, and scan). It has never given me any problems. The software was easy to install, the equipment was easy to connect, and it does not overuse ink (uses one black and one color cartridge). Faxes are received and sent with ease, anything that I scan is clear and the colors are correct, the paper tray is perfectly situated so that the paper lays flat and does not get pulled in crookedly (as what happens with some printer models where the paper stands vertically). I like the copy feature too, as I always need to keep a copy of something for my records. The previous review sounds like the equipment was unfortunately a lemon to start with, which can happen with anything that's manufactured. However, a true representation of the printer is that it is a very good printer.
