(More customer reviews)I have started to scan negatives that are more than 20 years old. Obviously the quality is directly tied to the quality of the original image. Good negatives have resulted iin good scans for me. And tools are available to tweek the image and make improvements. I am not a PC Scanner photoshop pro, but the controls and instructions are very intuitive.
I recommend that you make a purchase of additional slide/film trays to speed the scanning process. I am pleased with the outcomes of this fine product.
